Is online registration/payment safe?

 

Using online registration and payment is absolutely safe. Hockey Canada secures your personal information from any unauthorized use. Hockey Canada and TeamSnap secure your personal information such as names and phone numbers by protecting it through the use of the industry standard 128-bit Encryption using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

How do I find my child's hockey id?

You can find your child's hockey ID through your Hockey Canada eHockey account.  If you have not signed up for this account you can do so here. You can also contact the OMHA Registrar to have your hockey ID sent to you.  Contact them, here.

What is the cost to register my child for the 2021/22 season?

When do I need to register my child for the next hockey season to avoid late fees?

 

Register your child online, for the 2021/22 hockey season, by July 15th, 2021. Fees will increase by $200 after that date.

For AA and U15 Female Elite Tryout Fees, fees will increase from $100 to $250 after July 15th.

Can I pay with cheques or cash?

 

At this time, we prefer payment be made with credit card.  If for some reason, a credit card isn't an option, please contact the omharegistrar@gmail.com for instruction.

Can I pay in installments?

 

At the time of registering, an initial non-refundable $100 deposit per participant will be due. The equal payments of the remaining balance will be charged to your form of payment on July 30th, August 30th, September 30th, and October 30th. (If you are registering for a AA/Elite team the installments are recommended.  Should your player not be selected for the team we can adjust future payments to reflect the lower fees.)

After July 30th on the date you register online you will immediately be charged 1/4 of the total fees, the next 3 equal payments of the remaining balance will be charged to your form of payment on August 30th, September 30th and October 30th.

After Aug 30th on the date you register online you will immediately be charged 1/2 of the total fees, the remaining 2 payments of will be charged to your form of payment on September 30th and October 30th.

I attempted to register online but the Register button is showing unavailable.  What do I need to do?

 

Members who are new to OMHA (but exist in a different association) will not be able to register online until the member is transferred to OMHA.  If you attempt to register online, the Register button will show unavailable.  In order to register online, you will need to first be transferred to Olds Minor Hockey.  To transfer a member to OMHA you will need to (depending on your situation) either submit a

How do I know my registration is confirmed?

 

Once you’ve successfully completed the payment process, the registration will be complete.   You will receive an email message stating your transaction was successful and thanking you for your registration. When you login to your TeamSnap Account, you will see your registration status on your TeamSnap Dashboard

I could not print my invoice/confirmation page. Is there a way of printing my invoice after I have already registered?

Yes.  If you log back into your TeamSnap account, you can view a listing of all of your Registrants and you will be given the option to view and print the receipts from there.

 

I forgot my TeamSnap password.  How do I find it?

 

Click on the “Forgot your password” link located on the TeamSnap Login page.  You will be asked to enter the email address you use to login.  The password will be emailed to you.
